Different combinations of one exercise that seamlessly transitions  into another requires different muscles groups, movement paths, and muscles chains that have probably not been trained prior.

Basically, it's time to compound "compound exercises" to create new movement paths that will further strengthen your muscles and force your body to work in unison. By doing these combinations, you will increase the time under tension of your muscles which increases strength and size. You will not only be strong, but your efforts will externally manifest and you will even look strong.
