If you’re a fan of anime, whether it is Naruto, Dragon Ball Z or One-Punch Man, you’re going to want to check out this video. Have you ever been inspired by one, or more than one, of your favorite anime character’s workout and their insane exercises? Chris has, and today he will be attempting a few of the exercise routines from his favorites. He is joined today by Kevin @_KREEZY for Goku’s on-arm push-ups and handstand push-ups. In that specific episode of Dragon Ball Z, Goku trained in a gravity chamber which applied more resistance; so, to duplicate that effect, they will use weight vests.
For the One-Punch Man’s routine, he is joined by Dee @ROAMWITHDEE as they power through 100 sit-ups, 100 push-ups, 6 mile run and finish off with 100 air squats. One Punch Man is a Japanese super hero who can defeat any opponent with a single punch and is able to do so allegedly because of his intense training doing the above routine every day for one year.
