Pull-Ups LVL 1-10 (How To Progress Faster)

This week, Chris will show you how to progress through the 10 different levels of pull- ups!

He starts the progression with the easiest variation and slowly advances to the hardest level-- one armed pull- ups

Each exercise of each level is very important and will help you move onto the subsequent level. As you follow along and advance, you'll find a level that challenges you, and you'll need to utilize the skills you trained from all of the previous progressions in order to conquer it. For instance, if you are at Level 5, you'll need to properly train its preceding levels (Levels 4, 3, 2, and 1) to build up enough strength and develop the muscle memory necessary to crush Level 6. You will continue this practice until Level 10. 

With each level and progression, make sure you are conscientious of proper form. You want to execute each skill as perfectly as possible. Quality trumps quantity. In order to get started and properly follow along, make sure to download the Heria Pro App!
