Quick And Effective Home Back Workout (Dumbbells Only)

Welcome to another vlog with Chris Heria. Today he will show you a quick and effective back workout that you can do right from home! In contrast to Chris' previous home workout routines, however, this workout will require just one form of equipment: a pair of dumbbells.

Your back is engaged through a pulling motion. Therefore, in the absence of a place to hang nor access to weights, the ability to execute an effective workout for your back can be quite challenging to curate. A pair of dumbbells does the job at the very least, and most people have access to a pair of dumbbells sitting around their house, especially compared to a pull- up bar or a weight set. However, if you do not have a pair of dumbbells, you can always exercise innovation and re-purpose an object of equal weight in each hand that can act as your weighted dumbbells. This will increase your stabilization and muscle activation, in addition to identifying and eliminating prospects of muscle imbalance. It will also allow for a wide range of motion which will effectively create more tension and productively overload the muscle that will produce an increased amount of torn muscle fibers leading to greater, thicker, and stronger growth.
