The madness starts with regular pull-ups. But it doesn’t stay normal for long. Soon, they’re hanging from pipes, blocks, and other “what-were-they-thinking” surfaces that probably weren’t designed for human suspension.

Next up: the bicep curl battle. The crew starts at 10 lbs and work their way up to 100 lbs of pure ego-lifting chaos. At one point, someone turns redder than a tomato. We won’t say who, but the dumbbells weren’t the only heavy thing in the room—pride might’ve weighed more.

Just when their arms are begging for mercy, they move into L-sits. But not your average kind. These are performed on the world’s smallest parallettes—basically two tic-tacs pretending to be equipment. Balance, core strength, and sanity are all tested.

Still breathing? Good! Because then they dive into the deepest push-ups imaginable. Mouth grips, parallette acrobatics, and the kind of decisions that make you rethink your life choices are all part of the deal.

And finally—muscle-ups!  But not just any muscle-up.. Supinated… Flying…“Are-you-even-human?” kind of muscle-ups! There’s effort! There’s screaming! There’s flying—and there’s falling..

Was it fun? Definitely!

Was it smart? Probably not!

Will they do it again? Almost guaranteed!
