Today is chest day for Chris, so if you are ready, join him for an efficient and intense home workout that requires no equipment; just the floor beneath you and an elevated surface: depending on your level of fitness. So, whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, this routine will optimize your gains and leave little room for excuses!

Chris is going for the intermediate level so he will execute every exercise on the ground. Join him as he begins with Push-ups and ends with Bench Dips, and at the end of this workout, you would have hit every area of your chest. Repeat for optimal results and aim for at least two to three rounds of this routine. Remember, consistency is key and even a short workout can yield impressive results!
