Chris is going to test his strength and endurance in this vlog after watching a video put out by a known YouTuber named Proof who does 50 Pull ups and 100 Push ups in under 5 Minutes. The rules are that you must complete fifty pull ups before moving on to one hundred push-ups. Not as easy as it sounds because overloading one muscle group gets you pumped so it is harder to rep out without a longer period of break. Does Chris achieve the time he set for himself? Also, give it a try and regardless of the time it takes you to finish or the number of reps you can complete, it is still an accomplishment and gives you a target goal to shoot for; and if you were able to do the fifty pull ups and the one hundred push ups in under five minutes, mad respect for you!
