What motivates you to get up every morning to train your body?  The reasons are many – getting fit, building muscles, or maintaining the shredded body you have achieved.  Whatever the reason, having that as your goal is a great incentive towards accomplishing it – especially for the days when you are NOT motivated to exercise.

This workout is for those days - and for any day!  It is a great workout because it can be done at home with or without dumbbells and is easy enough for beginners too and challenging enough for those more advanced.  What determines the difficulty of this exercise is the intensity with which you do this routine and how much weights you are using.

So, chose your fitness level, spread out your mat at home, in the park…pick out your location… and let’s get started.  No equipment needed for this exercise, unless you want to go for the dumbbells, but you do need to download the HERIA PRO APP in the App Store or the Google Play Store if you haven’t already done so.  Open up to the YouTube workout section and find the routine.
