If you want to add handstands to your callisthenic exercises or you want to do advanced exercises like the 90-degree handstand or handstand pushups, you will need to have a solid handstand hold. Chris shows you his morning routine that consists of a series of exercises to build a solid foundation of strength and skill for your handstands as well as training for the ones mentioned above. Handstands work your core, build shoulder strength, handstand balance and endurance. As with all the exercises, there is a beginner’s level so that one can progress with time. Chose your fitness level and let’s get started.
No equipment needed for this exercise, but you do need to download the HERIA PRO APP in the App Store or the Google Play Store if you haven’t already done so. Open up to the YouTube workout section and find the routine.
