5 Healthy Smoothies | Shredded + Muscle

The big question is what to put IN your body to maintain optimum health, boost your immune system and keep the physique you’ve worked so hard to achieve.  How about a smoothie?  Not just one recipe, but five!  What makes these so much healthier for you is the absence of CANE SUGAR. If there is any sweetness in these smoothies, it comes from the fruits themselves.  We can’t expect to get all our nutrients from proteins and carbs; fruits and vegetables are key.  And if you are not a fan of eating vegetables, how about blending it in a smoothie?

Chris serves up 5 healthy smoothies that tick off the boxes – packed with vitamins and minerals and super nutritious.  Did I mention delicious too?  Your body will thank you for it!  Feel free to adjust or replace any ingredient with a healthy alternative if you have a food allergy or intolerance to any of the ingredients.

Smoothie recipes:

1- GINGER SHOT SMOOTHIE

Recipe:

1 tbsp Bee pollen

1/4 cup turmeric

1/2 cup ginger

1 orange

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 lemon

3/4 cup water

2- BERRY SMOOTHIE

Recipe:

1/2 cup blueberry

1/2 cup strawberry

1/4 cup black berry

1/4 cup raspberry

2/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup water

3- GREEN JUICE

Recipe:

1 tbsp Hemp seeds

1 cup cucumber

1 green apple

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup kale

1/2 lemon

1/4 cup celery

1/4 cup ginger

1 cup water

4- APPLE CIDER & KIWI

Recipe:

1/2 green Apple

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 kiwi

1/2 cup water

5- ORANGE SMOOTHIE

Recipe:

1 tbsp Flax seeds

1 orange

1/2 lime

1 cup Carrot

 3/4 cup water
