Chris targets building wrist strength for tight wrists to avoid pain in the surrounding ligaments, joints and muscles. These exercises will help loosen wrists and build strength and flexibility, so let’s get started. It is important to begin with some dynamic stretching at the beginning and at the end of the exercises. Follow along with him as he goes through and explain each routine.
