Chris and his team made sure to structure this challenge in a way that makes this feat 100% possible-- freeing this video of any intimidating energy. He does so by breaking up the sets to be done throughout the course of a whole day. Not so bad anymore, right?
This follows a similar methodology to the greasing the groove strategy that aims to quantitatively maximize repetitions. In turn, this technique will help you master harder exercises and heavier lifts. By increasing the frequency of your skill, you are able to get more comfortable with the execution and develop a form of muscle memory that will contribute to greater strength.
