This vest is extremely high quality. My main concern was that it might deteriorate fast due to it absorbing my sweat and the weight pulling at the seams. But the vest is made from a water proof material with top grade velcro on the straps and pouches. It's expensive, but given the fact that it's made of top grade material (including the metal buckle in the front) and you actually get the weights included with the vest, I think it's a good investment if you've plateaued and want to take your training to the next level.

Never disappoints best weight vest around but a lil pricy, if i could change one thing it would be the metal D rings that hug around the ribs is a little uncomfortable at times other than that A+
