Made of nylon and TPE foam.
Weights Information:
Total of 8 iron weights, 4 in the front and 4 in the back each weighing approximately 2.18 lbs. Vest holds a maximum of 18lb.

Remove the weights. Hand wash with antibacterial soap and hang dry.

To clean your Heria Weight Vest, first remove all the weight blocks. Hand wash the vest using mild detergent and cold water. Gently scrub any soiled areas with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue. Do not machine wash, bleach, or tumble dry as this can damage the material. Instead, air dry the vest flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Make sure it is completely dry before reinserting the weights to prevent moisture buildup.
