Best Chest Home Workout (Dumbbells Only)

Our daily routines don't always go exactly as planned, and in this week's video, Chris Heria shares how he overcomes this struggle by offering his techniques on a safe and effective chest workout on days when he doesn't have time to hit the gym. 

This quick routine will have you feeling sore the next day and might even give the efficacy of benching a run for its money. The efficacy of this workout stems from the combination of free weight + calisthenics exercises during a quantified time with minimal rest in between sets. Therefore, in today's routine we will not be counting repetitions but rather, we'll be doing non- stop repetitions for 40 seconds. This will place a bigger emphasis on the quality of each repetition as opposed to the total quantity of repetitions and will help you challenge yourself even further and reach a hypertrophic state, especially when you start to feel fatigued.
