200 Push-Up Challenge

Summer time is here and class is out of session! But Chris Heria knows no bounds and wants to pull y'all to the test

Follow along and see if you are up for this summertime upper body challenge. This 200 rep challenge will test the limits of your pushing strength and help you master this movement. To mix things up a little, Chris incorporates 4 push-up variations that we will rotate through per each 50 rep millstone. By completing this test, you will not only reign triumphant of this acute event, but you will also help Future You because the strength gained from this will translate to more complex progressions and facilitate a level up.
