McDonald’s cravings…who haven’t had them at one time or another?  It’s those ads - make everything look so delicious!  Chris has, and I am sure that you too have had the urge to eat a fast meal at some point – and it doesn’t help that it is so convenient!!

Sure, not everyone is a fan of fast food; but if you do feel the need to order a quick meal, here is Chris’ take on how to make his version of it.  But really, in the end, it doesn’t matter when you are a fan of fast food or not, take a look at some healthy alternatives to add to your breakfast menu that you can try at home.  Food is raw fuel for your body, so it only makes sense that you get out what you put in to it.  Try to get fresh produce and foods that are minimally processed if you can.  You will feel and see a difference over time and your body will thank you for it!
