Chris is kicking it up a notch with a feat that combines strength and balance: the 90-degree handstand push-up! Join him and Brandon @bwvine as they unlock each progression to mastering this challenge. This journey is open to all – whether you are a seasoned calisthenics enthusiast or a curious beginner.

Before getting started though, you should: 1. Already master the handstand basic - how to kick up into a handstand. If not, the walls are your friends, use them for support until you find your balance. 2. Your shoulders and triceps need to be game ready, get them warmed up with push-ups, pike holds, and elevated pike holds.
