This week's Heria vlog consists of a breakdown of a super effective back day workout that you can do anywhere-- at home, your local park, the gym, etc. 

The primary constituents of the muscles that make up the famous back compartment include your trapezius, latissimus dorsi, rhomboid, and erector spinae muscle groups. These are the muscle groups that Chris focuses on in this training routine as they are the ones that govern the pulling motion which is one of the basic building blocks that is essential to calisthenics training. These muscles also help with proper posture while promoting a well- defined physique.
