    My name is Librado , I have been watching your videos often and on for a couple of years. We have a wellness Company with a pre-workout product and other products , that is helping me . I want to get in shape and even more now with this coronavirus. at the age of 52 it has open my eyes to really push myself to get in shape . Praise God, no health issues I am 5’3” hight / 142 lbs. I want to grow more muscles I believe if I stay on your video program on YouTube it will help me . Especially the proper food to eat . Thank you Chris for your YouTube videos
