Hey fitness fans! Join Chris and Magnus Midtbo @magmidt for a fun and challenging workout session. In this video, they are going to attempt some of the most impossible exercises out there! The challenge is to start of easy with Level 1all the way up to Level 3 or 4-depending on how far they make it.

Here is a list of the Impossible Exercises that they tried:

Ab Roller Crunches

Finger Tip Pushups

Triceps Extensions

Bent Arm Planche

These exercises are definitely not for the faint of heart! They require a lot of strength, balance, and control. Have you tried any of these exercises? If so, let us know in the comments how you did and if you have any tips for others looking to attempt them.

Trying these impossible exercises was a great way to push their limits and test their skills. Remember, it's all about progress, not perfection. Start with the basics and gradually work your way up to the more advanced moves.
