The Front Lever is categorized as an intermediate to an advanced level exercise so before getting started, it is important that you have the proper foundation and required strength so that the focus can then be placed on form and technique.
Once you have aced these key foundation exercises and can execute them with perfect form, you can begin to learn the progression exercises leading up to the Front Lever. Perfect form for doing the Front Lever engages the lower back, glutes and the lats. This is very important!
