 Chris is still on the road to recovery as he hit his one-month mark of training since his injury. What progress has he made? What goals has he kept, what goals has he met and what goals has he exceeded. One thing for sure that Chris stresses is the importance of warming up prior to trying a hard skill or a heavy lift – lesson learnt!

Going back to basics to rebuild his strength and skill takes time. Chris has been training hard with his workout plan he has been implementing this past month. Initially, he could barely hold a full planche for a second, but in this vlog, he is going to see if he can execute a full planche and gauge the success of his workout plan. He has been regaining his strength with each passing day and keeps himself motivated knowing what he can accomplish.

So, if you are experiencing a similar situation and are frustrated at how difficult it is to get back on track, know that he understands as he is going through the same as well – you are not alone!
