Any injury to the body can be painful and debilitating. As much as we try to protect ourselves, the body can still sustain damage from wear and tear. It is important to learn how to prevent injuries from occurring when doing calisthenics. A good warm-up is essential and will get the blood flow going and the body primed for what is to come.

Follow Chris on his journey to recovery as he goes through strength training to rehabilitate the injury to his arms, starting with his shoulders and progressing down to his wrists. To aid in his recovery, he applies an ice pack to his arm, wears compression sleeves and takes medication daily. He also makes time to allow for rest and healing between training. This is a crucial step on his road to recovery as he stays positive!
