I Spent 24 HOURS In The WORLD'S BIGGEST SPA
Bucharest Thermal Spa (Therme București), located in Romania is known as the biggest thermal spa and wellness centre in Europe, and it is precisely here we find Chris experiencing a full 24-hour SPA DAY! Twenty-four hours of luxurious relaxation and much needed recovery with great food, vigorous massages, cold plunges and visits to the sauna and red-light therapy room.
Always ready for a challenge, Chris has set himself up with the following tasks that he must complete or take the cold plunge for a full hour! He must continue to train hard, eat healthy, stay focused and enjoy all the amenities that the spa has to offer. Should not be too difficult, except for one tiny glitch: there is no gym on site for working out!
But he is resourceful and went on to create a full calisthenic workout in the most unlikely places. The big question is, is it enough o keep him out of the dreaded one hour in the cold plunge?
