Calisthenics is all about progression—taking a movement and refining it until it becomes second nature. But what happens when you take that progression to the extreme? That’s exactly what the THENX team set out to explore in their latest challenge: leveling up exercises until they become impossible.

Chris, alongside Nathan Bosech, Valentin Otz, Leevan NS, Jasi Svilenova, and Melvyn SW, took on the ultimate test of strength, control, and endurance. The goal? Start with four basic calisthenics move: Planche on Hands, Handstands, 90° Handstand Push-ups, and Front Lever Hold and then progressively increase the difficulty for each move with weighted variations, one arm holds and gravity defying transitions.

Watching the THENX Team in action is not only entertaining but also motivating. Their dedication to their craft serves as a reminder that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible.
