How to Tuck Planche
Are you looking to take your calisthenics skills to the next level? The tuck planche is a challenging bodyweight exercise that can help you build incredible strength in your upper body, core, and shoulders. Once you have practiced all the progressions consistently, you are ready to move on and attempt your tuck planche hold.
So, for those new to calisthenics, a tuck planche is an advanced gymnastic move that involves holding your body parallel to the ground with your hands planted firmly on the floor and your knees tucked in towards your chest. This position requires a tremendous amount of strength in your shoulders, arms, and core muscles – hence the progressions!
Do not neglect to the series of progressions as it will not only help you develop the strength, but you will be using the same techniques you learnt from all the previous progressions to execute your tuck planche.
