What happens when the grit of law enforcement elite is challenged to a calisthenics workout? You get COPS VS CALISTHENICS, a high-octane showdown hosted by Chris that’s redefining what it means to be strong in uniform. In this video, Heria brings together 10 Maltese police officers to battle it out in a gauntlet of bodyweight challenges, each more brutal than the last.
