Larry Wheels is no stranger to lifting massive amounts of weight. With titles in both powerlifting and bodybuilding, he has proven time and time again that he is a force to be reckoned with. But when faced with the challenge of lifting his own body weight in a calisthenics routine, the game changes entirely, can Larry rise to the Challenge?
Here’s Chris’ break-down of the challenge:
Level 1-3 Beginner
Level 4-5 Intermediate
Level 6-7 Advanced
Level 8-9 Calisthenic Pro
Level 10 Elite
Chris has set up 10 challenges for each level, and each level presents a unique set of challenges, testing Larry’s strength, balance, and control in different ways. From the explosive power of strict pull-ups to the finesse of a handstand hold, every movement requires precision and skill.
Level 1 Strict Pull-ups (10 reps)
Level 2 Straight Bar Archer Dips (10 reps)
Level 3 One-arm Push-ups (5 reps each side)
Level 4 Dragon Flag (3 reps)
Level 5 Handstand Hold (5 secs)
Level 6 Human Flag (5 secs)
Level 7 90-degree Handstand Push-up (1 rep)
Level 8 Planche Push-ups (3 reps)
Level 9 Front Lever Hold (5 secs)
Level 10 Planche Hold (3 secs)
