Trying IMPOSSIBLE Exercises | Chris Heria VS Larry Wheels
What happens when calisthenics master Chris Heria joins forces with powerlifting legend Larry Wheels? You get a wild, muscle-melting gauntlet of five exercises each leveled up to the point of near impossibility. Let's see how they did!
Chris and Larry Chris kicked things off with a classic flex: the one arm pull-up. But they didn't stop there. They pushed themselves further with the banana grip one arm pull-up and even the golf ball grip one arm pull-up. The intensity was building up!
Next on the list were the bar bending challenges. Larry took center stage with his specialty: bending steel like it’s warm spaghetti. The determination and strength required for this task were truly impressive.
The pushup variations were no walk in the park either. From regular pushups to pushups on an ab roller, and finally, the ultimate test: the one arm push-up on the ab roller! Each rep required sheer willpower and core strength but Chris brought the finesse with push-ups that looked like something out of a superhero training montage. The ab roller one-arm push-up was the showstopper. They laughed; they wobbled; but did they conquer?
The next challenge was sneaky. It looked simple until the burn kicked in. Using the Ampfit (ampfit.com) Chris and Larry took on the frontal raise hold challenge. Starting with 20lb and working their way up to 50lb, they showcased their shoulder stability and endurance.
Lastly, the hand strength tests were pure playground fun! From snapping a plastic spoon to crushing an apple with one hand, each challenge was met with laughter, and genuine surprise. Who knew snapping a spoon could be so satisfying? And did they conquer the apple?
These challenges were a joyride through the limits of human strength. Chris and Larry had a blast doing it, proof that fitness doesn’t have to be serious to be seriously impressive!
