Onearm pushups are already one of the most elite calisthenics movements you can do. So, what happens when you crank out 100 of them every single day for a full week? According to Chris, this challenge targets strength, but will extreme volume on a highskill movement actually transfer to better performance across all pushing exercises, and is it doable to add to your daily routine? or is it another viral hype?

Let us find out! For the next seven days, he will put his body through a brutal test to answer the questions.

After day one Chris is experiencing some fatigue from pumping out 100 one-arm push-ups. So as to not break from the challenge, on day two he is switching to a greasethegroove approach: breaking the push-ups into small, manageable sets throughout the day instead of grinding through full sessions. This will provide him with the opportunity for his body to recover and continue on. He ploughs through the remainder of the days with determination and by the end of the seven days, Chris will give his verdict on whether this challenge is a legitimate strengthbuilding protocol, a skillsharpening hack, a tendontoughening routine, or just another hype challenge with more risk than reward. But one thing is guaranteed: you do not do 100 onearm pushups a day without your body changing.
