Heria Weight Vest Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 1st 2024

 

1. Warranty Coverage:

Chris Heria LLC warrants the Heria weight vest against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Warranty Benefits:

During the warranty period, Chris Heria LLC will, at its sole discretion, replace any defective weight vest or parts without charge. The replacement will be with a new product.

 

3. Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning.
• Any modifications to the weight vest.

 

4. Obtaining Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service department at support@chrisheria.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

 

5. Return and Shipping Costs:

If required, Chris Heria LLC will cover the cost of returning the defective weight vest or parts back to its fulfillment center. Chris Heria LLC will also cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced weight vest back to the customer.

 

6. Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Chris Heria LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the weight vest.

 

7. Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 

8. Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the weight vest.

 

9. Modifications to the Warranty Policy:

Chris Heria LLC reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
