How to do Perfect Pushups

 Building on a strong foundation is crucial in the long run and can be applied to all aspects of life. In athletics, strengthening our core and learning to do the basics correctly can be the building blocks to more advanced techniques and can prevent us from injuring ourselves.

In this vlog, we focus on the basic pushup: the exercise that is part of most athletes’ fitness regimens around the world. Pushups are great for building a solid physique, using the muscles in your upper body for significant pushing strength. What is great about the pushup is that you do not need any equipment or special place to begin. Basically, the pushup combines two movements into one fluid move: the high plank hold and the descending motion from the high plank hold.
