7 Minute Morning Warm Up Routine You Can Do Everyday

Great morning to you! Want to kickstart your morning with a warmup routine that only takes 7 minutes out of your day? Jump in and follow along with Chris for a total body workout designed to engage all the muscle groups and keep you in good form.

Seven minutes might not seem like a lot of time to work out, but sometimes, that is all the time we have within our busy day. Remember that even a small constant trickle of water can erode and reshape stone over time, this is what we do with our bodies when we commit ourselves to a solid morning routine.

Let’s get started, and as with all Chris’ work outs, pick the level with which you are comfortable. Pace yourself and if you are feeling fatigued, you can always slow down: don’t stop!
