Perfect 5 Min Back Workout | Dumbbells Only

Time to kickstart your back routine with a quick and effective 5-minute workout using just dumbbells! No excuses: you can do it right at home, it only takes up five minutes of your time so hopefully you can commit to it on a regular basis and dumbbells are all you need. If you haven’t done so yet, begin with a gentle warm-up to get the blood flowing and prepare your muscles. Try dynamic stretches or some light cardio—like jumping jacks or high knees.

Then grab those dumbbells and join Chris: 40 seconds with a 15 second break between each routine. This routine is designed to strengthen and sculpt your back in no time. Let every single rep look like your first one. We’re going to start with single arm rows, twenty seconds each arm, going all the way up and all the way down, keep your back nice and flat. Next up, dead lifts with the dumbbells, followed by bent over rows, shoulder shrugs and rear delt flys. If you have the time and can go another round, great! If not it was still a really good workout for just five minutes.

Finish off with a cooldown stretch. Focus on your back, shoulders, and chest to promote flexibility and reduce soreness. Perfect for those busy days when you need to get a quick yet powerful session in. Remember, consistency is key, so incorporate this routine into your fitness schedule to see the best results.
